INSPECTIONS:                      Day of sale from 10.00 am

REGISTRATION:                   All prospective buyers must register at the Landmark Buyer Registration Office on site prior to auction. Terms are strictly cash unless prior arrangements have been made with the auctioneers.

DELIVERY:                           Will be at the conclusion of the sale unless prior arrangements are made for the adjustment of one month.

 
TRANSPORT:                       Buyers should make their own transport arrangements prior to the auction.

INSURANCE:                        Representatives will be in attendance or recommended on sale day.

HEALTH:                            All animals are from an MN2 Property Certificate No: VA 2203, QA 06/0145.........................................................Note Lot 40 Q Alpaca

AAA TRANSFERS:                Females and Males sold at or over $1,500 ex GST and all cert, will be transferred by the Vendor. Those sold under the $1500 will be at the Purchasers cost.

STATE HEALTH PROTOCOL: Buyers, please ensure that you are aware of the necessary State Health Protocol required at the destination of your purchase.  For further information please contact Landmark.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All stock are offered under standard terms and conditions. These are available from the auctioneers, and are displayed around at the Auction sale venue. GST will be charged on top of the bid price ie. $1500 + $150 GST.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:                         Terms of payment are strictly cash at time of purchase in accordance with the conditions of sale.
